CAPITAL MARKETS

Dias Carneiro Advogados represents issuers from across a range of industries, including energy, agribusiness and real estate. The team is especially experienced on the debt capital markets side, regularly advising on the issuance of debentures, real estate receivables certificates and agricultural receivables certificates, as well as international bond listings. Finance partner Thiago Vallandro Flores leads the team, which includes Gustavo Junqueira and Paulo Leme.

COMPETITION AND ANTITRUST

Dias Carneiro Advogados advises national and international companies on merger control, antitrust investigations and competition compliance. Practice head Joyce Ruiz Rodrigues Alves specialises in antitrust and compliance, and is particularly active in bid-rigging investigations, where she draws on her previous experience working for the Brazilian Ministry of Justice and Court of Audit of the State of São Paulo.
