Expert in corporate law, local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate governance, besides venture capital, corporate reorganization, foreign investments, structured transactions, restructuring, commercial transactions, project, corporate and trade finance, compliance and investigation. She has comprehensive experience involving technology and retail.

From 2005 to 2007 Andrea also served as Technical Prosecutor Advisor of the Court of Audit of the State of São Paulo, in the preliminary reviewing of invitations to bid as well as in the instruction and analysis of bidding process and public agreements.
