Gabriela is a specialist in Environmental Law, with emphasis on topics related to environmental consultancy and litigation, with solid experience in M&A and financing operations, audits, environmental licensing processes, ESG practice, consultations and legal opinions in general. Her activities also involve Life Sciences, with emphasis on ANVISA regulations in the most diverse sectors (medicines, health products, food supplements, cosmetics, etc.).
She was a consultant in the CAP (Comitê de Avaliação de Processos) of the Department of Genetic Heritage of the Ministry of the Environment, with experience in matters related to access to genetic heritage and associated traditional knowledge for the purposes of bioprospecting and/or research. She was professor in the specialization course in Environmental Law at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), in the Corporate Environmental Law module.
