Dias Carneiro Advogados is shortlisted in two categories of IFLR Americas Awards 2021
The 2021 edition of IFLR Americas Awards once again features our firm as one of the leaders in the Brazilian legal market
This year, our firm is nominated for Project Finance Deal of the Year with Jacaranda and Casablanca Solar Projects. The transaction stands out for being the first local renewable project fully funded in US dollars in Brazil, in addition to being the winner of the Proximo Awards Latin America Deal of the Year: Solar.
The Awards celebrates the most legally innovative cross-border transactions that closed in 2020. IFLR’s editors considered multi jurisdictional transactions structured from Canada to Chile to spotlight work that broke legal ground, introduced novel structures, redefined regulatory frameworks and set useful precedents for cross-border deal making.
For the second year on a roll, we are also shortlisted for Brazil Banking and Finance Firm of the Year – the category recognises the teams and firms behind the deals, their work and ingenuity.
