Dias Carneiro receives 3 important awards at the IJGlobal Awards 2023
We are delighted to announce that our firm has won 3 more major awards at the IJGlobal Awards 2023, organized by IJGlobal in New York, USA.
We have been recognized for our work in connection with the project financing of:
- the Mendubim project, in the categories of Energy Transition Deal of the Year – Latin America and Renewable Energy Deal of the Year – Solar – Latin America, in which we advised the lenders, IDB Invest, IDB, Banco Santander and BNP Paribas; and
- the Feijão project, in the category of Renewable Energy Deal of the Year – Onshore – Latin America, in which we advised the creditor syndicate comprising Banco Santander S.A., BNP Paribas, Citibank, N.A., HSBC Bank USA, National Association, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Natixis New York Branch, Société Générale, Banco BNP Paribas Brasil S.A. and Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A.
