Its practice covers several types of credit transactions, financing and debt issuance in the capital markets, including project, trade, acquisition and corporate in multiple sectors, mainly banking, renewable energy, ports and agribusiness. She also works with mergers and acquisitions transactions, especially, in the renewable energy sector.

Among the transactions Fernanda recently participated, it stand out the advising on DIP Financing, Project Finance and Corporate Finance transactions, as well as in debt issuance and securitization transactions in the capital markets.
