Cíntia Rosa

Specialist in implementing and enhancing compliance programs, domestic and cross-border investigations, and handling cases of corruption, cartel, fraud, and moral harassment in collaboration with authorities from Brazil and the USA. Possesses expertise in the Brazilian Anti-Corruption Law, FCPA, UKBA, international conventions against corruption, and experience in ESG issues and legal tech, besides being an auditor for ISO 37001 and ISO 19600. She worked at the global law firm Hogan Lovells for nearly eight years, and served as a secondee in Meta’s United States compliance team.
