The São Paulo State Government has opened a Public Consultation until February 26th, 2025, to receive contributions on the structuring of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) for the New Administrative Center in Campos Elíseos. The project seeks to modernize public management and boost the revitalization of the region, bringing strategic opportunities to the private sector.

- Obligation of the PPP: Project development, construction, renovation, maintenance, operation, and management of the new administrative complex
- Remuneration: Monthly public payments by the State Government
- Ancillary revenues: lease of commercial real estate on the first-floor area, commercial advertising, and parking operations

- Estimated contract value: 815 million USD (approx.)
- State Government contribution: 350 million USD (approx.)
