Covid-19 | Court orders the eviction of lessees who do not comply with isolation measures during the pandemic
In two separate lawsuits filed by a condominium located in Guarujá/SP, the Court granted an eviction order of two lessees who repeatedly violated social distancing measures, with the use of non-essential common areas of the condominium and holding parties in their apartments.
The rulings rendered by the 2nd and 3rd Civil Courts of Guarujá/SP highlighted the complaints made by other members of the condominium, the disrespect to the convention and internal regulations of the condominium, along with the application of previous fines by the condominium itself.
