Dias Carneiro boosts Labor & Employment practice with promotion
Dias Carneiro has announced that Cynthia Fernandes Guidotti joined its partnership, taking the partner count to 19.
Guidotti focus her practice on representing national and foreign companies in labor litigation and has extensive experience in actions involving several sectors, such as aviation, agribusiness, bioenergy, transportation, engineering and construction, information technology, as wells as the automotive, pharmaceuticals and electronics industries.

She is an experienced litigator and provide our clients with a solution-oriented and strategic approach”, said André de Melo Ribeiro, head of the Labor and Employment practice.
With an excellent track record of successfully advising financial institutions, pharmaceutical companies, multilateral agencies, development banks and investment funds on a broad range of labor issues, the team has experienced a surge in legal work over the last year. “Our clients will benefit from Cynthia’s experience and knowledge, especially during challenging times such as these – as we are facing many changes in our work relations due to the covid-19 pandemic”, added Ribeiro.
