YOFC’s Acquisition of Poliron

Dias Carneiro Advogados represented YOFC, while FM/Derraik Advogados and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer US LLP represented Belden Inc. in the transaction.
Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable Joint Stock Limited Company (YOFC) completed the acquisition of 100% of Belden Poliron Indústria de Cabos Especiais Ltda. (Poliron), a previous wholly owned subsidiary of Belden Inc. in Brazil. After the transaction, Poliron has become a wholly owned subsidiary of YOFC.
