The 2020 edition of IFLR Americas Awards features our firm as one of the leaders in the Brazilian legal market
Dias Carneiro is nominated in the Loans Deal of the Year category with the Klabin Finacing deal.
The Awards celebrates the most legally innovative cross-border transactions that closed in 2020. IFLR’s editors considered multi jurisdictional transactions structured from Canada to Chile to spotlight work that broke legal ground, introduced novel structures, redefined regulatory frameworks and set useful precedents for cross-border deal making.
We are also shortlisted for Brazil Banking and Finance Firm of the Year – the category recognises the teams and firms behind the deals, their work and ingenuity.
