Samantha has experience representing clients’ interests in legal disputes at the federal, state, and municipal levels, handling highly complex and strategically important cases. She is skilled in serving various clients, including financial institutions, insurers, agribusiness companies, non-profits, and technology firms, on a wide range of issues involving direct and indirect taxes, social contributions, and pensions. Samantha also actively participates before the Superior Courts (STJ/STF).
