Maurício Pepe De Lion
With over 24 years of experience, Maurício focuses his practice on labor law, advising and representing Brazilian and multinational companies in complex legal disputes involving executives and expatriates. He also drafts codes of conduct, compensation policies, profit-sharing plans, and stock option programs. Maurício has a strong track record in M&A transactions, corporate restructuring processes, and judicial recovery, as well as conducting internal investigations, public civil actions, negotiations, and collective disputes nationwide, resolving conflicts through legally sustainable measures.
