Marina Coelho de Camargo Penteado

Marina works with the corporate, M&A, venture capital and startups areas of Dias Carneiro and assists the clients in the most diverse corporate matters related to the M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations and day-to-day corporate activities. Marina advises local and foreign clients by drafting and reviewing corporate documents, coordinating registrations before the State Commercial Registries and with the Brazilian Central Bank, drafting and review of due diligence reports, as well as documents of the M&A transactions. She acted as a secondee of one of Dias Carneiro’s proptech clients, assisting in the most varied sorts of transactions and internal maintenance of the legal M&A department.
