Corporate and M&A lawyer advising domestic and international clients on the structuring and execution of complex M&A transactions, including acquisitions, investments, divestitures, and combinations of assets or equity interests.

João also provides ongoing corporate counsel to companies and business groups, with emphasis on corporate governance, corporate reorganizations, and the drafting of shareholders’ agreements aimed at regulating investor rights and obligations and establishing dispute resolution mechanisms.
