Ghiovanna Bernardi Mendes de Almeida

Ghiovanna B. Mendes de Almeida works on contractual, regulatory and commercial matters relating to infrastructure and energy projects, with a particular focus on the renewable energy sector. Her activities include advising sponsors, developers and investors on the structuring, development and execution of complex projects, across different stages of the infrastructure value chain.

With over 6 years of experience, Ghiovanna’s expertise includes the negotiation and drafting of key project agreements, as well as advising on risk allocation, bankability and commercial arrangements in infrastructure and energy transactions.
