Ana Paula Gonçalves Lins

Specialist in civil procedural law, working mainly in labor and labor procedural law. Experience with consultancy and labor litigation, both in individual and collective demands, hearings and oral arguments, in addition to experience with demands involving the SRTE, the MPT and Unions. In addition, experience in collective actions and public civil actions, as well as labor consultancy for the implementation of preventive and strategic measures for companies and in various segments, such as banking, food retail, fuel and goods, civil construction.
