Deadline for Georeferencing Rural Properties
The deadline for the georeferencing of Rural Properties with total area higher than 100 hectares ends tomorrow, November 20, 2018.
As of such date, the dismemberment, subdivision, rememberment and the transfer of rural properties with total area higher than 100 hectares may only be executed on real properties in which the respective enrollment contains the georeferenced description of the property, performed in accordance with the parameters set forth on the Federal Decree No 4,449/2002.
The term for the georreferencing of rural properties with total area higher than 25 hectares will end on November 20, 2023, except for the possibility of new extensions.
