We believe that a plural and inclusive environment is fundamental to our success on a global scale. By valuing the different origins and perspectives of our professionals, we broaden our potential and repertoire for the benefit of our clients.

To this end, our Diversity Committee organizes round-table talks to encourage our team to reflect on the subject and to discuss strategies to stimulate the attraction, retention and development of our talents.

We also support initiatives and organizations dedicated to building a society with more opportunities for everybody.

A nonprofit organization that promotes the social inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities, such as Down Syndrome.
