Dias Carneiro Advogados acted as counsel to Lavras II Holding S.A., a company of the Canadian Solar Inc. group, a leading Canadian manufacturer of solar modules, as issuer, and Banco ABC Brasil S.A., as coordinator, of the 1st issuance of simple debentures, with restricted efforts, in the total amount of R$100,000,000.00 for the implementation of the photovoltaic project named Lavras II, located in the city of Caucaia, State of Ceará, Brazil. The transaction involved the granting of security documents and personal guarantees, having Vórtx Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários Ltda., as fiduciary agent of the debentures holders.
