Dias Carneiro Advogados advised on acquisition, by Stefanini Participações, of equity stake in EcGroup Participações and its subsidiary EcGlobalPanel Brasil Marketing e Tecnologia.
Both companies are Brazilian with operations abroad – in Latin American countries and the United.
EcGlobal has developed a collaborative platform, with proprietary technology, to create communities and social networks.
