Dias Carneiro advises KSM Realty on award winning real estate project
Dias Carneiro Advogados has acted as counsel to KSM Realty on the Praia da Gama project, the world’s first tropical beach with artificial waves in a private condominium. The project is the winner of Prêmio Master Imobiliário 2021, one the most important awards of the real estate industry.
The firm has advised KSM on all stages of the project – from the acquisition of the property and the Wavegarden wage generator system, to the sale of the lots.
Located in Itupeva, Praia da Gama was launched in 2019 and stands out in the competitive sector of high-end real estate projects by recreating the coastal environment and atmosphere in the countryside of the State of São Paulo.
Designed for the exclusive use of residents, the beach has 1Km long strip of sand, native vegetation from the Atlantic Forest and generates waves of up to 2 meters high –through Wavegarden technology.
