Dias Carneiro Advogados advised Topaz, a company from Stefanini Group, on the acquisition of 60% of CRK Group
Dias Carneiro Advogados advised Topaz, a Grupo Stefanini company specialized in financial solutions, in the acquisition of 60% of CRK Group, a well known company in the market for developing integrated systems for financial management of bank treasuries.
By taking over CRK Group, which has more than 100 companies in its active customer base, Topaz strengthens its platform, which offers end-to-end solutions for the financial journey.
With an annual growth of 30% in the number of customers in Brazil and Latin American countries, Topaz offers banking and digital solutions to add efficiency and security to its customers’ businesses. Recently, the company was recognized in Gartner’s Guide on Core Banking Systems (CBS) for Latin America as one of the 15 most relevant providers with its digital banking solution.
