Dias Carneiro hires new Corporate and M&A partner
As we continue to strengthen our core corporate and finance practices, we are pleased to announce the hiring of new partner Paula Seabra Carvalho Reis.
Paula joined the firm in May, bringing our total partner count to 17. With a consolidated career and experience in Brazilian and American firms, Paula’s expertise covers the areas of M&A, corporate restructuring, corporate general assistance to closed and publicly held companies and capital markets involving large Brazilian and foreign companies.
Managing partner Antonio Amendola says the hire is in line with the firm’s growth strategy and could not be more opportune as companies now face many complex challenges due to the covid-19 pandemic. “We have had the opportunity to work closely with Paula in the past and she is a perfect fit for our team.
