Paula Seabra Carvalho Reis

With a consolidated career of more than 14 years, in Brazilian and American firms, Paula’s expertise covers the areas of M&A, corporate restructuring, corporate general assistance to closed and publicly held companies and capital markets involving large Brazilian companies.

Paula gained significant experience during her four-year time working as an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP law firm, where she focused on cross-border M&A transactions, corporate advisory and capital markets.

Paula has regularly advised clients in a wide range of industries and is enrolled with the Brazilian Bar and NY Bar.
