São Paulo Court of Appe authorizes the payment of judicial costs at the end of the process due to the Covid-19 pandemic
In a decision ruled on 3/30/2020, the 1st Public Law Chamber of the São Paulo Court of Appeals granted the request made by a company to pay the court costs only at the end of the lawsuit, due to the presumption of its financial incapacity “due to the exceptional situation of the financial crisis brought about by COVID 19 Pandemic”.
