Nina Goldman Cavalcanti advises on project finance and structured credit transactions in both domestic and international markets and has experience in capital markets and securitization transactions. She assists companies and financial institutions in public and private offerings of securities, with an emphasis on the issuance of shares, debentures, agribusiness receivables certificates (CRAs), and investment fund quotas. In structured finance and credit transactions, she advises multilateral investment institutions both on the structuring of the deals and on the ongoing coordination of interactions between lenders and borrowers throughout the life of the projects.

She also advises on the structuring and regulatory aspects of both structured and general investment funds (including receivables investment funds – FIDCs, real estate investment funds – FIIs, private equity funds – FIPs, exchange-traded funds – ETFs, and financial investment funds), representing fiduciary administrators, asset managers, family offices, and other market participants.
