Michele Cazemiro Cristofoli Santos is a lawyer in the Project Finance, Credit Operations, Banking Law and Capital Markets practice area, with a focus on public and private offerings of securities, as well as in the structuring of securitization transactions and investment funds.

Michele advises issuers and intermediary institutions in initial and subsequent offerings of shares, debentures, commercial notes, real estate receivables certificates (CRI), agribusiness receivables certificates (CRA), etc. She also acts in (i) the constitution and structuring of investment funds, such as FIIs, FIPs and FIDCs, (ii) IPOs, public company registration and listing processes, and (iii) administrative procedures before the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (CVM).
