Max Ide Hasimoto

Max is an attorney specializing in Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Venture Capital, with over 13 years of experience advising national and international clients from various economic sectors on their demands. This includes general corporate matters, foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganizations, and corporate disputes.

He also has experience working abroad, having worked in Japan at the Japanese multinational Mitsui Corp. Ltd (secondee) and at the renowned law firms Atsumi & Sakai (secondee) and Anderson Mori & Tomotsune (internship).
