Luana Fernandes Andrade

Corporate and M&A attorney, Luana advises clients on the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, and combinations of equity interests or assets. Her experience also includes the formation of associations, joint ventures, and strategic alliances, as well as corporate reorganizations and restructurings in their various forms. In addition, Luana assists clients in the development and enhancement of corporate governance rules and principles, and in conducting due diligence processes.
