José Paulo Marzagão

José Paulo Marzagão is a partner in the Real Estate practice, with more than 25 years of experience advising domestic and international companies on complex real estate transactions. He has extensive experience in the structuring, development, and implementation of large-scale projects, including commercial and industrial complexes, logistics condominiums, shopping centers, mixed-use developments, residential projects, hotels, and leisure facilities. His practice includes the legal structuring of real estate transactions, including the formation of joint ventures aimed at developing strategic projects in the sector, and also the legal structuring for equity or debt funding, either through capital market or financial market for the development or acquisition of real estate developments. He is also a pioneer in the structuring and consolidation of built-to-suit and sale lease back transactions in Brazil.
