Danielly Moschella Faria

Danielly has experience in real estate law, especially in advisory work, acquired by working on due diligence processes for urban and rural real estate acquisitions, with the purpose of developing real estate projects, in order to ascertain risks/liabilities and attest to the legal certainty of the deal. She has also worked on various administrative rectification processes for areas, land parcels, real estate developments, extrajudicial rectification of registration, among other land issues.
