Vanessa Pareja Lerner concentrates her professional activities in the technology, videogame and media & entertainment markets, also having extensive experience in transactional matters related to different sectors, such as retail and industry.

Vanessa assists clients that range from startups to established companies of different segments in issues related to commercial agreements in general, including the structuring of deals, risk assessments and negotiation of agreements. She also acts in a specialized manner in the licensing, technology, videogame, eSports and entertainment markets and in demands related to intellectual property, data protection, image rights, franchise, advertising, consumer, technology transfers, among others.
