Rodrigo Murussi

Rodrigo’s area of expertise covers matters involving national and international investments. His practice includes credit operations structures, project financing, export, acquisition, and corporate financing. He has experience in assisting investors, financial institutions, multilaterals, investment funds and shareholders.

His area of expertise also covers mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and startups operations, working in the negotiation and structuring of operations in several sectors of the economy, advising national and international clients from the due diligence phase until the conclusion of operations.

He assists clients in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Recent highlights include assistance to creditors in financing operations in the renewable energy sector.
