Paulo Leme works on a wide range of contractual, financial and corporate matters. He has extensive experience in infrastructure projects operations, capital markets, national and international financing, project finance and securitizations. He also works with investment funds, regulation of financial institutions and foreign investment.

He is recognized by the publication IFLR1000 as “Rising Star” in the M&A, Project Financing and Infrastructure and Energy categories.

His activities include advising on the development and financing of infrastructure, energy, transportation, and mergers and acquisition in these sectors.

He represents financial institutions, multilateral organizations, development agencies and borrowers in the structuring, negotiation and implementation of restructuring and financing transactions.
