Covid-19 | The Court of Justice of São Paulo determines the suspension of non-emergency construction in a residential condominium according to recommendation of the Municipal Health Department
A decision rendered by the 27th Chamber of Private Law of the Court of Justice of São Paulo determined the suspension of ongoing civil works in an apartment, attending to a request made by the residential condominium, based on a recommendation of the Municipal Health Department in order to prohibit non-emergency works in residential condominiums, due to the health risk caused to the professionals involved.
